Learn About Pecu Novus Validator Nodes

Network Mechanics

What is a Pecu Validator Node?

The core infrastructure backbone maintaining security, consensus integrity, and transparent validation across the Pecu Novus Blockchain.

Core Network Role

Verification & Block Production

A Pecu Validator Node is a core component of the Pecu Novus Blockchain network. Validators are responsible for verifying transactions, producing new blocks, and ensuring the network remains synchronized across all participants through specialized node software.

Hybrid PoT / PoS Core

Uptime & Consistency Driven

Unlike traditional PoS systems relying solely on token volume, Pecu Novus operates under a hybrid Proof-of-Time (PoT) and Proof-of-Stake (PoS) model. Uptime, performance consistency, and operational fairness are as vital as staking when earning rewards over 48-hour epochs.

Technical Prerequisites

Validator Operation Tiers

Choose between a non-technical GUI experience or direct command-line node management:

ACCESSIBLE GUI VALIDATION No Coding Required

Pecu Wallet Terminal Integration

Designed for intuitive operation. All configurations, staking parameters, and node monitoring metrics are handled seamlessly through an accessible graphical interface inside the Pecu Terminal.

Technical Requirement Zero Coding Knowledge
Management Layer Pecu Terminal GUI
COMMAND-LINE INFRASTRUCTURE Advanced Operator

Direct On-Chain Node Deployment

Offers maximum operational control and customization. Demands a solid understanding of CLI command-line environments, node synchronization protocols, API configurations, and custom hardware maintenance.

Technical Requirement CLI, Networking & APIs
Management Layer Direct Protocol Shell

How to Become a Validator

01 Create Pecu Wallet & Enable Terminal

Initialize your account profile via the Pecu Wallet. Once activated, launch your Pecu Terminal and ensure Terminal Access is toggled on at the top of your wallet page.

02 Download Node Client

Access the Validator section inside your Pecu Terminal to download the Validator Node Client. Install it on your desktop or server. Standard modern hardware with a high-speed internet connection is fully sufficient.

03 Launch & Automated Sync

Launch the Client, log in with your credentials, and the automated protocol system will automatically register your node, sync with the mainnet, and manage local configuration routing paths.

Consensus & Rewards

Themis 3.0 Reward Framework

Explore the 48-hour epoch rhythm and randomized distribution logic:

NETWORK RHYTHM Exact 48-Hour Cycles

Structured Epoch Execution

The network operates in 48-hour epochs, continuously tracking validator uptime, performance consistency, and delegator participation. At the end of each cycle, rewards execute automatically and disburse at the start of the next epoch.

DYNAMIC DENSITY Probabilistic Distribution

Dynamic Factors & Randomization

Rewards are non-fixed and dynamic. Staked volume expands the potential reward pool, while near-constant 48-hour uptime increases node selection weighting. Randomized distribution prevents whale monopolies and ensures decentralized fairness.

INCENTIVE ALLOCATION Validators & Delegators

Split Allocation Logic

Validators: Earn operational rewards tied to uptime scores and total delegated stake.
Delegators: Earn proportional staking yields from chosen nodes, with full freedom to restake or withdraw via the Pecu Terminal.

CONSENSUS DUALITY PoT + PoS Duality

Inclusive Proof-of-Time Foundation

The Proof-of-Time layer rewards active duration over raw token volume, lowering entry barriers so that standard consumer machines can participate effectively alongside institutional stakers.
