Soapbox Private Clubs were developed by MegaHoot Technologies which allows anyone basically anywhere in the world to own an actual virtual club on Soapbox, same as if they owned a private club in the real world. 

The private clubs are owned and operated by the club owner, they pick their venue name and have access to simple to use tools such as live video streams, live video or text chats, e-commerce for NFT’s, private chats, file sharing, on-demand video or audio, pay-per-view system, digital autographs, live event stream and much more.

All the tools allow the club owner to build their business and monetize it as much as they can, build true communities and in the very near future they will be able to take their private clubs into the Metaverse.

Pecu Novus is integrated into MegaHoot Soapbox and will be the staple of the Metaverse initiative where members can own virtual clubs that have value, the value just increases as the revenue stream increases.
