This is a known Brave Wallet display issue that affects certain custom EVM networks, where the wallet occasionally misinterprets the native currency’s decimal formatting and shows the raw integer value instead of applying the standard 18‑decimal conversion used by EVM chains.
The Pecu Novus blockchain, PECU’s decimal structure, and all on‑chain balances are fully correct, and wallets like MetaMask, Rabby, Trust Wallet and Ledger display PECU accurately. To correct the display in Brave Wallet, remove the Pecu Novus network from the wallet, then re‑add it using the official Chainlist entry (Chain ID 27272727). Restart Brave Wallet afterward to ensure the network is parsed properly.
If the incorrect display persists, Brave Wallet may require a minor compatibility update to fully align with Pecu Novus native currency formatting. No PECU is lost, no transactions are affected, and all balances remain accurate on‑chain.
