Pecu Novus is a peer-to-peer asset backed digital asset that enables instant, zero cost coin based payments/transactions globally. Pecu Novus is a global payment network that features secure transactions, dual confirmation transactional processes, inclusion of scanned contracts via digital wallets, optional escrow transactions and more. Pecu Novus features a larger and scalable block size to provide faster transaction confirmations, better storage efficiency and global appeal across commercial and personal use. The symbol for Pecu Novus is PECU and the coins are referred to as PECU (pea-ku).
PECU is a desirable viable digital asset to be utilized for businesses across all industries globally. It allows for clear and secure transactions incorporating the ability to digitally scan contracts via designated digital wallets, add legalese and descriptions for transactions as well as add restrictions on the coins themselves. It is a true viable alternative to other digital assets currently available. All assets, both current and future, are held in the Pecu Novus Asset Fund.
Why Pecu Novus?
This viable digital asset was named Pecu Novus for a keen reason, in Latin Pecunia means “MONEY” and Novus means “NEW”, so in short Pecu Novus = NEW MONEY.
Is Pecu Novus Seen as an Investment?
As with any store of value, whether it be digital or physical, the possibility of it accruing in value over time is solidly there. The key word is “VALUE” and with Pecu Novus capped at 100 million PECU coins it gives it additional value as the use grows globally on both a business and individual level and the underlying assets accrue in value. So like gold, silver, certain stocks or bonds, holding viable digital assets such as PECU have proven to be growth situations.
Global commodity and stock exchanges such as the CBOE, CME and soon the NYSE and NASDAQ are currently or are seeking to offer futures trading for digital assets, the future is very bright for alternative viable digital assets such as PECU. Its a continuous evolution in alternative assets, once more widely understood by the masses it will provide great value beyond what we are seeing currently.
Just bare in mind that the digital asset for payments market is still a very young and fragmented economy and there can be extreme volatility with many of these alternative assets, so its never recommended to hold all your savings in digital assets at this point. See them as a high risk alternative asset that is maturing over time.
What is the Total Supply of Coins?
The total supply of coins is 100 million Pecu Coins and its capped at 100 million coins, so no other coins will ever be issued beyond that. Out of the 100 million coins issued approximately 80 million are being used for investment purposes for the asset fund and not in public circulation. The asset fund’s primary purpose is to increase the value of the underlying asset base and create intrinsic value for the coins.
What is the Escrow Feature Used For? and How Does it Work?
The escrow feature was created to protect both the sender and receiver of Pecu Coins. So as opposed to just sending coins free and clear for a transaction, no matter what the size, you can send them with a time option. So if the coins were being used for a real estate transaction or an import/export transaction, basically the coins and highlights of the contract would be inserted into the appropriate information “Note” and/or “Private Note” slots in the “Send Coins” area. That information becomes a permanent part of the blockchain. Once those coins are in escrow with a specific date then whatever transaction was to take place then takes place according to the physical or verbal contract. The sender has the option to release the coins earlier than the date intended if deemed necessary or if the transaction does not take place then the sender can cancel the escrow with cause. The receiver would then have 24 hours to dispute, if no dispute is issued then the coins are returned to the sender. If it is disputed then a “Third Party Verification” would be requested to settle the dispute. The “Third Party Verification” would be a designated Pecu coin holder who would render the fair outcome.
Was Pecu Novus an ICO?
Pecu Novus was never an Initial Coin Offering “ICO” for many reasons, with a vast majority of these offerings the actual system is not built until the offering is completed, so they are basically detailed ideas at first. The Pecu Novus network needed to be built in order for the benefits to be seen, not on paper but in reality. There were investments made to allow this to occur for the benefit of all Pecu holders. The integrity of the Pecu Novus network is paramount and will remain that way as it has been since inception.
Where Can I Buy Pecu Novus?
Due to Pecu Novus being a relatively new issue the Pecu coins are only available on a peer to peer basis at the moment over the Pecu Network, but over time they will be widely available. Individuals can connect with other Pecu holders to arrange to acquire them through them. Businesses that are looking to use Pecu for large business transactions will be able to contact the asset fund manager to make arrangements in March 2018.
Will Pecu Novus be Listed on Coin Exchanges?
This will be inevitable as the usage grows, this will ultimately be in the power of the people who are actively seeking to trade or acquire Pecu coins. There will be custom API created as exchanges request to list Pecu on their exchange.
I Don’t See Posts, Press or Media Coverage For Pecu Novus Like Other Digital Assets, Why is That?
Pecu Novus was never widely marketed as you see many of the Initial Coin Offerings or current major digital assets are or were. It was much more important for the resources of Pecu Novus to be put into development rather than media or hype marketing. The Pecu Novus Network wasn’t developed for a day or a year, it was developed to continue to scale and grow as the usage grows, for the benefit of Pecu holders. A majority of the marketing has been organic and word of mouth, this will surely grow as more individuals and businesses become aware of the powerful benefits of utilizing the Pecu Novus Network.
